Administrator Feedback Methods:

1. Administrative Personnel Performance Review (President's Direct Reports) - annual

  • Conference with College President
  • Self-summary of accomplishments and challenges of the past year
  • Summary by College President
  • Submission of annual goals and response to the previous year's goals
  • Connection of goals, activities, and initiatives to the strategic plan
2. Administrator 360 Review - biannual
  • Anonymous survey instrument solicits input from all direct reports, a random sample of all employees, and others as requested by the administrator being evaluated
