Description: This seminar will introduce students to their unique talents, and help them discover how best to use and develop talents in academics, career and life. Students will explore career paths, motivation, and examine personal strengths using StrengthsQuest tool and learn to develop life skills using the Five Essential Elements of Well-Being. This course is designed to provide meaningful and relevant information to promote academic and life success. The course will benefit all learners.
