Robotic/Electronic Engineering Technology and Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) programs offer information sessions Feb. 25

Anoka Technical College Robotic/Electronic Engineering Technology and Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) programs are offering information sessions on Monday, Feb. 25 at 5 pm in rooms 313 and 319. 

These sessions are being held to provide answers about the program and provide career information. 

The public is encouraged to attend to meet program faculty members and learn about elements of the programs such as: robotics, mechatronics, electronic engineering fundamentals, automation/controls, computer servicing/networking and more.

The Robotic/Electronic Engineering Technology program offers a 72-credit Robotic/Electronic Engineering Technology Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree and a 32-credit Electronic Technology diploma that prepares students to work with mechatronics, robotics, automation and controls, computer servicing/networking and biomedical equipment.

More about the Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) Program
The Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) program offers a 72-credit Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree that provides the skills for working in hospitals, manufacturing, and field service plus the possibility to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with co-operating colleges and universities. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify and there are several BMET program specific scholarships available.
